    Job Responsibilities:
    I. Student Behavior Management

    1.Develop boarding systems and regulations, assist the principal in recruiting boarding students and hiring the boarding team, lead and manage the boarding team, supervise daily operations of the boarding department, and oversee the management, training, and development of boarding staff to provide appropriate care for students.
    2.Formulate and refine detailed codes of conduct for boarding students, covering daily routines, dormitory hygiene standards, peer interaction guidelines, etc., to ensure students develop positive habits and behavioral standards during their stay.
    3.Conduct daily inspections of student dormitories, promptly identify and address inappropriate behaviors (e.g., unauthorized use of appliances, staying up late, excessive noise), and guide students to comply with boarding regulations.
    4.Organize regular thematic activities on behavioral norms for boarding students, such as “Civilized Dormitory Awards” and “Healthy Routine Sharing Sessions,” to enhance students’ self-management awareness and collective pride.
    5.Collaborate closely with moral education leaders and teachers across academic divisions to foster coordinated efforts.
    6.Required to reside on campus.

    II. Safety Management
    1.Oversee all safety and security aspects of the boarding department, establish and improve safety management systems and emergency response plans (e.g., for fires, earthquakes, sudden illnesses), and conduct regular safety drills to enhance students’ safety awareness and emergency response capabilities.
    2.Conduct daily checks of safety facilities in boarding areas (e.g., firefighting equipment, surveillance systems, door/window locks) to ensure proper functioning; identify potential hazards (e.g., aging electrical circuits, slippery floors) and coordinate timely repairs with relevant departments.
    3.Strictly manage access to boarding areas, verify identities of visitors, maintain entry/exit records, prohibit unauthorized personnel, monitor students’ evening outings, and enforce leave approval procedures to ensure student safety.
    III. Bilingual Communication and Services
    1.Must be fluent in both Chinese and English, capable of communicating effectively with international students and parents, understanding their needs, and providing necessary support.
    2.Ensure accurate and clear dissemination of school announcements, policies, and other information to all boarding students (including local and international), avoiding misunderstandings due to language barriers.
    3.Mediate cultural differences and communication issues between local and international students, fostering a harmonious boarding environment.
    IV. Team Management and Collaboration
    1.Manage the daily operations of the boarding department team (e.g., dormitory supervisors, security, cleaning staff), assign tasks, clarify responsibilities and performance standards, and improve overall team efficiency and service quality.
    2.Organize regular training and exchange sessions for the boarding team on topics such as student management techniques, safety protocols, and bilingual communication skills.
    3.Maintain close communication and collaboration with other school departments, provide timely feedback on boarding students’ situations, and jointly address academic and life-related issues.
    4.Assist the principal in developing and implementing boarding development plans and conduct effective annual performance evaluations for boarding staff.
    5.Provide recommendations and regular reports to the principal regarding school policies, reflecting feedback from boarding students, staff, and parents, promoting tripartite communication, and establishing a safe and excellent boarding lifestyle.
    6.Develop, supervise, and enhance evening activities for boarding students, and coordinate/optimize their participation learning activities.
    7.Establish and maintain relationships between the boarding team and the parent community, regularly collect feedback to understand parental involvement in boarding and educational decisions.
    8.Provide timely psychological support and care for boarding students, collaborate closely with the principal and vice-principal to understand students from multiple perspectives, ensuring strong academic and behavioral performance.
    9.Supervise and coordinate with medical teams to ensure comprehensive health and wellness care for boarding students.
    10.Assist the principal in developing moral education curricula and structures for talent development, supporting personalized growth for all students.
    V. Parent Communication and Feedback
    1.Establish regular communication channels with parents (e.g., phone, email, parent meetings, WeChat groups) to provide updates on students’ daily life and behavior, and solicit parental feedback.
    2.Promptly address parental inquiries and complaints, patiently resolve concerns, and maintain positive relationships between the school and parents.
    Qualifications:
    1.Education and Major: Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Education, Management, Psychology, or related fields. Candidates with international school boarding management experience may be considered with relaxed major requirements.
    2.Language Skills: Fluency in both Chinese and English (listening, speaking, reading, writing), capable of conducting daily communication, document drafting, and meetings in both languages. Priority given to holders of TEM-4 or equivalent English proficiency certificates.
    3.Work Experience: At least 3 years of experience in school boarding management or related student management roles, familiarity with the psychological and behavioral characteristics of middle and high school students, and understanding of international educational philosophies and management models.
    4.Professional Competencies: Strong student behavior management, safety risk prevention, and emergency response skills; excellent organizational coordination, team leadership, and communication abilities; adept at team management and cross-departmental collaboration.
    5.Professional Qualities: Passionate about education, caring for students, highly responsible, dedicated, and committed; strong professional ethics and personal integrity, with no record of misconduct; adaptable to boarding school work rhythms, including night shifts and weekend rotations.
