Job Responsibilities
1. Resident in the United States, responsible for on-site management and operation of B2C e-commerce standard overseas warehouses in the United States;
2. Manage overseas warehouses across the United States, responsible for developing, optimizing, and implementing SOPs and quality monitoring systems;
3. Responsible for the cultivation of overseas warehouse talents and the construction of talent teams, as well as the construction and procurement of warehouses; 4. Responsible for the cost and revenue of the warehouse, responsible for the quality of the warehouse’s performance, and responsible for the customer service experience;
5. Continuously improve the net profit of the warehouse and obtain commission on the net profit of the warehouse;
6. The initial warehouse management area is approximately 10000 square meters+;
1. 常驻美国，负责美国B2C电商标准海外仓现场管理和运营；
2. 管理全美的海外仓，负责SOP及质量监控体系的制定优化及落地；
3. 负责海外仓人才的培养和人才梯队建设，负责仓库的建设和采购；
4. 对仓库的成本和收入负责，对仓库的履约质量负责，对客服服务体验负责；
5. 持续提升仓库净利润，获得仓库净利润的佣金提成；
6. 初始仓库管理面积约10000㎡+；
Job Requirements
1. Requires a US B1/B2 long-term visa or legal work status;
2. 3-5 years of experience in B2C e-commerce standard warehouse, familiar with the entire process of e-commerce warehouse and have good practical skills;
3. Willing to develop overseas for a long time, able to withstand pressure and adapt well, emotionally stable;
4. Clear logic, strong learning ability, business acumen, strong data organization and analysis skills, and excellent customer communication skills;
5. Have experience in managing B2C standard overseas warehouses with a daily average of over 10000 orders. 1. 需要有美国B1/B2长期签证或者合法工作身份； 2. 3-5年B2C电商标仓工作经验，熟悉电商仓全流程并有良好的实操能力； 3. 愿意在海外长期发展，能吃苦抗压和适应能力强，情绪稳定； 4. 逻辑清晰、学习能力强、有经营意识、数据整理和经营分析能力强、客户沟通能力佳； 5. 有日均万单以上B2C标准海外仓管理经验。
