Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the development of foreign trade business, sorting out customer information, contacting customers, and responding to customer inquiries;
2. Strive for orders in the area in charge, consolidate old customers, develop new customers, formulate plans and implementation plans according to sales indicators and implement them;
3. Responsible for receiving customers and other sales support work;
4. Track the production progress of orders, and promptly check whether the products meet customer requirements, and notify customers to pick up the goods on time;
5. Responsible for reconciliation and collection of payments;
6. Responsible for sending the original bill of lading, place of origin, invoice, and packing list to customers for customs clearance in a timely manner;
7. Handle customer complaints or returns, and feedback the results to the company or customers;
8. Act as a temporary translator;
9. Keep abreast of market information in a timely manner, and have a thorough understanding of exhibitions, news, and competitors in the area in charge
10. Understand Mantall products, have professional technical knowledge and negotiation skills
11. Connect with overseas business personnel
12. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors
13. Strictly abide by the company’s commercial secrets
Job Requirements
1. Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, able to communicate fluently with foreign customers. Priority will be given to those who can speak Spanish, Russian, Korean, Arabic, French, Portuguese, German and other minor languages.
2. Possess good personal qualities and loyalty, love the job and be dedicated
3. Must have a strong sense of responsibility and ambition
4. Strong communication and coordination skills, rigorous work attitude, strong sense of responsibility and goal awareness, strong ability to withstand pressure
