The International Head of Secondary is responsible for the overall leadership, management, and development of the secondary school division (grades 6- 12, or equivalent). This includes academic programs, student welfare, staff management, and fostering a multicultural, inclusive learning environment. The role aims to ensure high standards of academic excellence, innovative teaching practices, and strong pastoral care in line with the school’s mission and values.
