Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate online with players from French-speaking areas.
- Manage game forums, email communication, and solve related problems.
- Properly and promptly handle player complaints to effectively resolve player dissatisfaction.
- Understand player needs and record their feedback.
- Actively participate in process and business improvement efforts, and provide reasonable suggestions.
- Complete other tasks assigned ad hoc.
Job Requirements:
- Fluent or Native speaker of French
- Fluent or Native level of Chinese (HSK5 minimum)
- Deep understanding of the French culture.
- Passionate about video games and rich experience playing video games.
- Good communication skills and good teamwork spirit.
- Able to multitask, diligent and responsible.
