Key Responsibilities:
Livestreams on TikTok – Conduct engaging educational broadcasts in English.
Facilitate real-time viewer interactions, addressing inquiries and cultivating an invested community.
Drive participation and guide audiences toward future sessions and exclusive group engagements.
Audience Development & Retention – Innovate retention tactics to amplify follower growth and strengthen viewer loyalty.
Analyze feedback to iteratively enhance content quality and streaming dynamics.
Training & Content Co-Creation – Participate in structured training modules and collaborative pre-recorded content production.
Accommodate extended hours during intensive training/filming cycles.
Work Schedule:
Full-time role (Big and small week, Monday to Friday and work 2 Saturdays every month).
Core livestream duration: 3–4 hours daily, synchronized with market hours.
Flexible scheduling during onboarding, training, and recording phases.
Job Requirements
Nationality: Candidates from the US, UK, Australia, Netherlands, or Denmark.
Language & Presence: Native English proficiency with polished, charismatic on-camera delivery.
Preferred Skills: Prior livestream hosting or digital content creation background.
Personal Attributes: Proactive, adaptable, and independently capable of managing live audience dynamics.
