The ideal candidate will be responsible for coaching players of various ages and skill levels, organizing training sessions, and fostering a positive, disciplined, and inclusive environment that promotes athletic development and personal growth.
Job Requirements
Design and deliver structured tennis coaching programs for players at different levels.
Conduct private and group lessons for children, teens, and adults.
Assess individual player development and provide personalized feedback.
Ensure safety and proper use of tennis equipment and facilities.
Collaborate with other coaches and school or club staff to support athlete development.
Promote tennis through outreach events and community engagement.
Maintain up-to-date records of player attendance, progress, and competition results.
