Job Responsibilities
1. Developing new logistics agents and maintaining good relationship with existing overseas agents from India,Middle East by promoting our strength in both sea and air freight
2. Managing and optimizing customer resources to provide high-qualified customer service as logistics chain expert for agents and clients
3. Training and leading the whole team in same trade in each branch to improve the trade performance and achieve the target
4. Guiding the team to optimize buying rates as well as supplier system to secure competitiveness
5. Assisting the Trade Director to run the trade in whole system including sourcing and selling
Job Requirements
1. 4-year Bachelor’s degree and 2 years working experience or master’s graduation certification.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
3. A can-do attitude and ability to achieve win-win outcomes for company and clients
4. Strong negotiation skills with an assertive and competitive demeanor
5. One to two years of sales experience (Outside Sales) is preferred, but not required
6. Shows an ability to manage time to complete tasks
7. keep a good relationship with colleagues
