1. Undergraduate or master’s students.
2. Possess good sales skills, including communication skills, negotiation skills, sales strategies, etc., able to effectively communicate with customers and promote products or services.
3. Possess strong goal orientation, able to set sales targets and strive to achieve them, while also possessing the ability to cope with challenges and pressures.
4. It is necessary to have a certain understanding and knowledge of the industry one is engaged in, be familiar with market dynamics, competitors, and other information in order to better promote products or services.
5. Possess good teamwork spirit and collaborative ability.
6. Need to self manage time and tasks, be able to efficiently organize and arrange work, and complete sales tasks.
7. Good language expression ability is a basic requirement for salespeople, able to communicate fluently both orally and in writing, including communicating with customers and writing sales reports. English Test Band 6 or above
8. High sense of responsibility, with the long-term interests of the company and personal development as the main goals.
