Salary: 6000 – 12000 CNY /Month
1. Bachelor’s degree or above is required, with relevant majors such as marketing, management, business, etc
2. Have more than 3 years of relevant work experience and strong business conversion ability.
3. Familiar with the market, competitors, and product characteristics of the industry, able to develop corresponding business conversion SOPs based on market conditions
4. Able to independently plan and execute customer development, sales promotion, and other aspects.
5. Possess good teamwork skills
6. Proficient in using tools such as Excel for document editing
7. Possess good customer relationship management skills, able to establish and maintain good cooperative relationships with customers, improve customer satisfaction and business cooperation.
8. Possess innovative thinking, able to continuously explore and try new ways and methods of business development, and improve business effectiveness.
9. Stress resistance: able to withstand work pressure, with good time management and problem-solving skills.
