Responsibilities:
Handle company registration services for clients in France, Germany, Italy, or Spain (any one country is acceptable), including preliminary document preparation, process follow-up, and coordination with local government authorities to ensure efficient and compliant completion of the registration process.
Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in company registration services for France, Germany, Italy, or Spain, with familiarity in local corporate registration laws and procedures.
Proficiency in the official language of the target country for business communication.
For corporate partnerships, a strong industry reputation and successful case studies are required.
Corporate Bank Account Opening Agent/Company
Responsibilities:
Assist clients in completing company and bank account opening procedures in France, Germany, Italy, or Spain (any one country is acceptable). Understand different banks’ account opening requirements, guide clients in preparing necessary documents, track progress, and resolve issues encountered during the process.
Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in corporate and bank account opening services, with knowledge of mainstream banks’ policies.
Strong communication and coordination skills with a customer service-oriented mindset.
For corporate partnerships, previous account opening service cases and client feedback must be provided.
Accounting Agent/Company
Responsibilities:
Provide professional accounting services for clients in France, Germany, Italy, or Spain (any one country is acceptable), including bookkeeping, tax filing, and financial statement preparation, ensuring accurate and compliant financial records.
Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in accounting services, with relevant accounting qualifications.
Familiarity with international financial and tax regulations.
For corporate partnerships, a professional financial team and service system must be demonstrated.
