Job Responsibilities
1. Improve the accuracy of customer service robot user intent recognition through high-quality language annotations, providing a basis for model training;
2. Identify issues in customer-robot interactions, analyze relevant data, and generate regular chatbot capability reports to continuously improve algorithm model accuracy, customer satisfaction, and chatbot service levels;
3. Collaborate with relevant functional teams to manage annotation requirement negotiations, standard creation, and comprehensive project workflows. Develop BPO annotation evaluation processes and standards to improve annotation efficiency and accuracy, and optimize annotation tools and processes;
4. Manage knowledge base maintenance, evaluate algorithm recognition capabilities, and continuously identify new consumer problem scenarios;
5. Propose robot functionality optimization points, coordinate communication and collaboration between different teams, and optimize consumer service experiences during the robot phase by leveraging product and operational resources.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher, with Chinese or English as the working language;
2. Native speaker of any of the following languages: Azerbaijani, Georgian, Norwegian;
3. Strong logical analysis and judgment skills, excellent execution capabilities, and good communication, documentation, and expression abilities.
