    We’re looking for an energetic Business Development Manager to join our growing sales team. In this role, you’ll connect with potential customers through attending industry trade shows, and handle inquiries online and over the phone.     Key Responsibilities:
    1) Market Expansion and Business Development
    – Proactively reach out to potential customers, introduce V-Trust’s services, and schedule follow-ups.
    – Tradeshow Representation: Attend industry trade shows, engage with booth visitors, and collect valuable sales leads.
    2) Customer Relationship Management
    – Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms with professionalism and care.
    – Lead Tracking: Accurately maintain records of customer interactions and sales opportunities in the CRM system.
    3) Marketing and Brand Enhancement
    – Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve individual and team sales goals.
    4) Market Intelligence and Analysis:
    – Research industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes, providing actionable insights for business decisions.

    The Personnel We’re Looking For
    – Native English proficiency is essential. Native Russian/Japanese/French/Spanish/Portuguese speakers are warmly welcome to apply.
    – Chinese speaking is a plus.
    – Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
    – Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    – Confidence in speaking over the phone and face-to-face.
    – Willingness to travel occasionally for trade shows and events.
    – B2B sales experience, especially in Supply Chain or Foreign Trade is preferred.
    No prior sales experience is required – we’ll provide comprehensive training!
