Job Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities
1. Breakthrough in sales paths at home and abroad and commercial closed-loop construction – Led the domestic and overseas sales of complete vehicles, peripheral products and non-automotive products to achieve large-scale revenue. – Design sustainable business models, drive the establishment of independent business units and complete closed-loop validation. – For self-developed vehicles: Early testing of the target market channel model paves the way for mass production and launch.
2. Global business opportunity mining and agent management – Based on product characteristics, select and sign high-potential overseas agents, and formulate hierarchical cooperation policies. – Establish an agent evaluation mechanism to ensure channel health.
3. Market demand feeds back product definition – Collect end-user and agent needs and promote product managers to optimize solutions. – Lead cross-departmental collaboration to ensure the supply side responds quickly to market demands.
Job Requirements
1. Experience: More than 3 years of experience in cross-border sales/channel expansion, with 0-1 profitable cases (such as independent development of agent network)
2. Capabilities: Good at leveraging resources (dealer/supplier cooperation) and data-driven decision-making.
3. Strong goal-oriented, adaptable to high-frequency business trips/cross-cultural communication.
4. Fluent in English (overseas posts), plus points for minor languages (such as Spanish, Arabic).
