Financial Manager

    Job Type: Full-time
    Salary: 15K – 20K RMB per month

    Job Responsibilities

    1. Timely and accurately complete the company’s general ledger, tax, and other financial accounting and bookkeeping tasks for the US entity.
    2. Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable processing.
    3. Establish ledgers to track fixed asset depreciation/amortization, commercial financing, and long-term fund transactions, and complete bookkeeping in a timely manner.
    4. Maintain ledgers to monitor the collection status of each customer’s accounts receivable, and follow up promptly on overdue payments to ensure resolution.
    5. Complete monthly closing procedures and prepare financial statements on time.
    6. Communicate closely with tax agents to complete relevant tax filings and ensure accurate bookkeeping.
    7. Maintain effective communication with relevant departments, take initiative, and ensure smooth business operations.
    8. Complete other tasks assigned by management.

    Job Requirements

    1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Financial Management, or related majors.
    2. Intermediate-level professional certification or above; familiarity with US GAAP or IFRS.
    3. Experience in general ledger accounting for US-funded enterprises or multinational corporations, with at least 3 years of experience in the logistics industry.
    4. Proficiency in QuickBooks or other financial systems commonly used in US-funded enterprises.
    5. Strong English reading and writing skills; excellent communication and coordination abilities; ability to work under pressure and strong team spirit.
