Job Type: Full-time
Salary: 15K – 20K RMB per month
Responsibilities:
- Support regional customers in solving technical problems, assist in achieving regional sales performance, and support sales opportunities.
- Arrange technical training, technical empowerment, and product demonstrations for customers.
- Collect customer feedback on issues and requirements, and communicate with headquarters colleagues.
- Create technical documentation, videos, manuals, and related materials.
- Contribute to the construction of localized service centers, arrange basic maintenance training, and handle simple equipment failures.
- Assist account managers in visiting key customers.
- Support agents and internal colleagues in completing local product certifications.
- Perform other work-related tasks assigned by the department.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Surveying or a related field.
- 2+ years of working experience related to Surveying equipment/solutions.
- Strong communication skills and ability to deliver technical training.
- Problem-solving mindset with hands-on technical support capability.
- Ability to collaborate with global teams and customers.
