International Sales Manager

    Job Type: Full Time

    Salary: 15000 – 20000 CNY /Month

    Key Responsibilities:
    – Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market presence in key international regions.
    – Prospect and close new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
    – Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, partners, and clients worldwide.
    – Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms while ensuring profitability and compliance.
    – Collaborate with marketing, product, and logistics teams to align sales efforts with company goals.
    – Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes affecting international trade.
    – Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and client meetings (domestic & international travel required).
    – Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management.

    Requirements:
    – Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Life Sciences, IT, or related field.
    – 3+ years of experience in international sales, business development, or export management
    – Background in healthcare, medical devices, SaaS, or software sales is a strong plus but not mandatory.
    – Strong understanding of global trade practices (Incoterms, export compliance, etc.).
    – Excellent negotiation and communication skills (fluency in English required; additional languages a plus).
    – Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office.
    – Willingness to travel internationally (10–30%, depending on region).
    – Fluent English is mandatory, Chinese is a plus
