We are looking for a passionate and skilled Tennis Coach to join our growing team. The coach will work with players of different ages and abilities, delivering high-quality training sessions and supporting the development of competitive athletes.
Responsibilities:
Conduct group and private lessons for players of all levels (children, juniors, and adults)
Develop training plans tailored to students’ skill levels and goals
Mentor competitive players and prepare them for tournaments
Assist with organizing internal events and competitions
Contribute to the positive and professional environment of the club
Requirements:
Proven coaching experience (club, academy, or private setting)
National or international coaching certification preferred
Strong communication skills and ability to work with children and adults
Passion for teaching and inspiring players to improve
Ability to commit to working in Jinan, Shandong
