    Requirement:
    Academic Background in Science: A master’s degree is preferred; a bachelor’s degree is the minimum requirement. Majors in physics, chemistry, or biology are acceptable, with chemistry as the preferred field.
    Native Language Preference and/or National TeachingQualifications:
    Native English speakers are preferred, and requirements for teaching qualifications may be appropriately relaxed for them.OF or non-native speakers, holding a national teaching qualification is required, and nationality restrictionsmay be appropriately relaxed in such cases.
    Teaching Competence: Ability to teach middle school combined science courses, with proficiency in at least two of the following subjects: chemistry, biology, or physics.

    Responsbility:

    l. Teaching lmplementation and Curriculum Design Conduct full-English instruction for lBMYP combine science courses, covering at least two disciplines among physics, chemistry, and biology. Design teaching units in strict accordance with the lB curriculum frame work,which emphasizes concept-driven learning inguiry-based teaching methods, and the cultivation ofApproaches to Learning (ATL) skills.ODevelop inquiry-based courses that meet thestandards of the MYP subject group. Integrate real-world phenomena to create interdisciplinary learning tasks, aiming to deepen students’ understanding of scientific concepts.
    Take the lead in experimental teaching and scientificinguiry activities. Standardize laboratory safety operation procedures and guide students in completing experimental reports, data analysis, and conclusion eduction.
    l. Student Assessment and Personalized Guidance Monitor students’ progress through formative and summative assessments, and provide feedback andim provement suggestions that conform to the grading criteria
    Offer stratified tutoring according to students learning needs. Support English Language Learners in understanding subject-specific terminology, and guide the topic selection and implementation of science related projects in MYP
    Stimulate students’ interest in science, andrecommend and guide them to participate ininternational science competitions, scientific researchsummer camps, and other enrichment activities.l. Collaboration, Communication, and AcademicManagement
    OCollaborate with Chinese and foreign teaching teamsin lesson preparation. Share cutting-edge concepts ininternational education and jointly develop the MYPscience subject group resource library.OParticipate in lB teacher training sessions andsubject group meetings. Interpret the updatedrequirements of the MYP syllabus and provideimprovement suggestions based on teaching practice.ORegularly communicate with subject heads,homeroom teachers, and parents about studentslearning progress.
